6. Terms of Service

By using YOGO MANAGER, you agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the IT Act and GST regulations.

You must not:

• Use the app for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the application.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Use the app to store false financial records or misrepresent GST information.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts found violating these terms without prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

For paid plans (PRO and ELITE), we offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase if the app does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@yogomanager.com within 7 days of purchase with your transaction details.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after the 7-day window.
• Partial use of the subscription period.
• Issues caused by user device incompatibility.

8. Children's Privacy

YOGO MANAGER is designed for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app. Continued use of YOGO MANAGER after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
